I teach voice, vocal technique, vocal health and performance techniques. I did my teacher training at Goldsmiths College where I got a post-grad CMTA in 2003. I have been teaching singing for the last 10 years working with children and adults. I have Grade 6 music theory. I am currently studying for an MA in Vocal Pedagogy – the course is accredited by Cardiff University.
My own performance experience is in Jazz & Gospel. I have performed at the Albert Hall and Royal Festival hall and various jazz venues: The Bull, Barnes, Tatty Bogles, London.
I specialise in Pop, Jazz, RnB and Gospel. I enjoy working with students to develop their own style and confidence to improvise.
I first recorded and released a single when I was 14! I am a presenter on Barnet Community Radio where I have a Soul/Jazz/Neo-Soul/Gospel Sunday show, 1-3.00pm!
